Blueberry Mint Green Smoothie

2 cups spinach 
2 cups blueberry
1 kiwi
3-4 large mint  leaves
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix it up!

Green Pineapple Smoothie

1.5 cups baby spinach (These will blend better if you freeze them beforehand)
1.5 cups pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup ice

Throw it all in a blender and mix it up! You can freeze the leftovers in a popsicle maker for a sweet and healthy late night snack.

Spring Detox Smoothie

1 cup green tea, chilled
1 cup loosely packed cilantro
1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale (or another baby green)
1 cup cucumber
1 cup pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
½ avocado

Place ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.

Peachy Green Protein Smoothie

2 scoops GSG Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
2 cups kale
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed – (sprouted is best – find the best ones here)

Kale Piña-Covado Protein Smoothie

2/3 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 large hand-fulls (~50 g) kale ~the leaves of about 8 stalks
1/3 c (~80 g) pineapple chunks
1/2 (~50 g) ripe avocado
1 scoop GSG Vanilla Protein Powder
1 c ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth!

Happy Green Monster

1 cup coconut water
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp agave syrup
juice of half a lime
1 pear, peeled and cored
2 handfuls spinach
2 handfuls kale

1. Pour coconut water, coconut milk, and agave syrup into blender jar.  Squeeze in juice of half a lime.  Add pear, spinach and kale.  Cover blender with lid and hit auto smoothie button.

2.  Remove blender jar from machine and open spout.  Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately. Otherwise, place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Miss Green Smoothie

10 oz coconut water
3 handfuls baby kale
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1. Pour coconut water into blender. Add baby kale, mango, and pineapple. Cover blender with lid and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Otherwise, place in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
