Banana Pancakes

You can still have pancakes for breakfast! This simple and delicious recipe makes it possible.

Banana Pancakes

1  1/2 Cups Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp. Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
2 Bananas
2 Tbsp. Agave Nectar

Mash bananas until almost smooth. Add virgin coconut oil and agave nectar. Mix well. Add ground flax seeds. Mix well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flax seeds to begin to jell and firm up the mixture. Shape into pancakes.

Top with fresh fruit such as strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with Maple flavored Agave Nectar.
