Dragon’s Blood Green Smoothie

This fruity veggie flavored green smoothie turns out to be a beautiful red color from the beet. It is a yummy change from my normal fruit flavored smoothies. Don’t worry it’s not really Dragon’s Blood.

Dragon’s Blood Green Smoothie

1 bunch spinach
1 small beet
2 stalks celery
1 small piece fresh ginger, peeled (about 1/2 inch)
10 strawberries
2 bananas
2 tbsp. hemp seed powder
1/2 tsp. maca root powder
1/2 tsp. mununa powder
1/8 tsp. rhodiola root powder
16 oz water

In a blender, blend the greens and water first to make room for the other ingredients. Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth.
