Fresh Juice Recipes for Weight Loss

Hey There!

I totally need to update you on my life! So, here goes…

I GOT MARRIED!

He’s the love of my life true freaking soulmate! I’ve heard the stories all my life about finding your perfect match and with so many people out there, finding them can be a little daunting. I’m so happy I did. I’ll tell you all about it in another post if you want to hear it.

I tell you this, because my last name changed from Wheeler to Collins. I didn’t want you to get confused. 🙂

Right before Lee and I got married he had a massive heart attack. It was the mother of all heart attacks. The one where 90% of people who have it kill over on the spot.

It was a major wake up call to both of us and we decided to make our year long engagement officially sealed.

Since the doctors opened up Lee’s artery, he realized that he’s pretty much had some sort of clog in his heart since he was young. He’s also had other things moving around in his system that has broken loose, like kidney and gallbladder stones.

This was such a surprise to both of us because he wasn’t sickly before his heart attack. I want to ensure that he is at his optimum health so I can enjoy living life with my love and he can enjoy it more too. It’s also caused stress from having to deal with it and the emotional side that caught me off guard. The stress caused me to gain a little more weight than I would have liked and so for the past few weeks I’ve been juicing every morning and am getting some great results.

Here are the results that I’ve had so far:

  • About 3 inches off my waist that is helping me feel curvier again
  • Clearer thinking that is helping me with focus on my business
  • Less stress (greens are naturally calming) and able to handle stressful situations easier
  • Increased positivity.
  • Moist, dewy skin that has a healthy glow
  • A bit more sparkle back in my eyes

Since it’s summer, one of my favorite go-to juices has been simply watermelon plus the rind juiced with 1 Tbsp Raw Reserve Super Green Food
