Raw “Egg” Nog

Ready to drink

This is the raw vegan version of eggnog. No eggs. No cream. Promise.

Wait…What?

How can you have eggnog without eggs you ask?

And cream?

It’s just not possible! Or right!

Says who?

I’m here to tell you it IS possible. And it’s delicious! It’s thick, creamy and tastes like dessert without any sugars, agave, stevia or honey. The young coconut water and meat blended together makes a coconut milk, plus the bananas make it super creamy and rich.

Eggie Nog Nog

Water and Meat of 1 Young Coconut
2 Bananas
1 Tbsp. Lucuma Powder
1 tsp. Maca Powder
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
A pinch of Cloves
A dash of Allspice
A small pinch of Vanilla Bean Powder

Open the coconut and add the water to the blender container. Scrape the meat from the inside of the coconut out and add to the blender. Add all the other ingredients into the blender and blend till nice and smooth.

Here is a side view of what it looks like.

All nice and smooth!

Ready to drink in less than 10 minutes.

It smells amazing too. All those fall spices blended together to perfection….Mmmmmm….

I think the smile says it all.
